Parts and Accessories

Hummer wind generator includes the body, tower plus accessories, and controlling units.
Body concludes: rotor blades, generator, yaw shaft, nose cone, tail pole, tail wing, etc.
Tower and accessory: pole, nut, pedestal, guy, anchor, and wire, etc.
Controlling Unit: charger, unloader and inverter.


The generator, blades, nose cone, shaft, tale pole, tale wing, tower, anchor, etc are all surface coated.

1)Generator



The generator you purchased is the most advanced in the world.

It is extreme light and small, high in efficiency--more than 0.78 of utilization ratio.

2) Rotor blade

3) Nose cone

4)Protection cover



It is located beween blades and nose cone, being made of reinforced aluminum alloy to further reduce the wind resistance and protect the generator.


5)Yaw shaft



It is made of die-casting alloy, with high intensity and lightweight to connect the blades, the generator, tale pole, tale wing and tower to a whole unit. Inside of the shaft there are slip rings to prevent the wires go winding. The 2kw weight is only 10 percent of the traditional, and 20 percent of the traditional dimension.

6)Tail pole



They are made of manganese steel, with high intensity and lightweight, length only as two thirds of the traditional pole.

7)Tail wing



It is made of stainless steel, inflexible, auto side furling in high wind condition, reliable and delicacy in speed limitation, with weight 500g, is 20 percent of the traditional.


8)Tower



It is made by carbon steel, with outer diameter65,76,90,120, height 5m,6m,8m, etc with 2 or 3 sections per unit. They are anticorrosion, as well as UV-proof. Because the head and tower need not adopt the eccentricity structure, the mount structure is simpler, and more reliable.

9)Guyed wires and anchors





Tightwire adopts live button structure, and arrow like anchor, so it is much easier for installation

10)Surface coating and protection

All the parts are galvanized and then static molded, so are anticorrosion, UV-proof, crashworthy, fastness and will be fresh all year round.

All the parts are made of high quality aluminum alloy and die-casting spare parts, can be used in the temperature ranging from -30 to 60, in the surroundings of high wet, and sand salt or frost area.
